Q. Is this service free?
A. Yes. Individuals may use this service for free. Agencies, please make a donation prior to using the service.(Top)

Q. How does it work?
A. It's simple. You create an account, verify your email address, then complete a questionairre for your profile. That's it - other users can then search and find you. In the meantime, you can search for other users yourself and send and receive messages. (Top)

Q. I don't find very many people when I do a search, is it working?
A. The registry is still growing. If you don't find very many people, and you have already tried to broaden your search criteria, then check back in a couple of days. Also, when you do a search, you only see active users. There are far more users that may be marked "Inactive" that you don't see, and they may become active again soon. Lastly, be sure that you have made your own account "Active" so that others can find you and send you messages. (Top)

A. You should have received an email from the Attendant Network after you signed up. Check your email and follow the instructions listed in it. (Top)

Q. I signed up, but I did not receive my confirmation email, and I cannot login. What do I do?
A. If you've already signed up, but you cannot login using your email address and password, you may have entered your email address incorrectly when signing up, or you could be using the wrong password. Try to email your password to yourself. If you used the wrong email address when signing up, the system will not find your email address. Try signing up again and be careful how you enter your email address. (Top)
